Getting started with SkyTab is simple, transparent, and stress-free. From your 30-day free trial to hands-on installation and personalized training, our process is built around your schedule and your success. You’ll have a dedicated Project Manager guiding every step—ensuring your menu, staff, and system are perfectly in sync. And when you go live, our 24/7 Client Success Team is right there to keep things running effortlessly.
Start Strong — On Us
Sign off on your your custom proposal and kick off a 30-Day FREE Trial. Love it? Your 3-year plan begins after the trial - no pressure, no surprises.
Installation Timeline
Once we receive your finalized menu, we'll schedule your install for approximately 3 weeks out, giving us time to prepare every detail.
Menu Magic
Your menu is the heart of your operation. We'll schedule a menu consultation with your team to ensure every item, modifier, and special request is perfectly programmed.
End-to-End Setup with a Pro
Your dedicated Project Manager will walk you through everything - from menu design and employee setup to gift cards, loyalty, online orderinig, reporting, and more.
Installation Day
We'll handle the full hardware install (2-3 hours), then train your staff (another 3 hours). Your Project Manager will stay on-site for the day's shift to fine-tun your system and assist your team.
Hands-on-Support
For the next 3-5 days, your Project Manager will stay closely involved - helping with menu edits, daily closeouts, and making sure your team is confident and capable.
Training for Success
By the time we wrap up, your staff will be fully trained and ready to go. We're not just setting up a POS - we're setting you up for success.
